Perched above the sea in Saronida, this apartment renovation is an exploration of continuity, texture, and restrained play. The design honours the spirit of the original dwelling, preserving existing elements—such as the distinctive marble flooring—that speak to the home’s character and past.
Conceived as a single, flowing suite, the layout unfolds along a carefully defined axis. A monolithic piece of joinery serves as the project’s spine: wrapping the bathroom, forming the kitchen, and providing a composed backdrop to the living space. It is both anchor and passage—organising movement while lending a quiet order to the interior.
A game of geometry and a dialogue of colours—blue, yellow, red—animate the space without overwhelming it. Textures are layered with precision, allowing contrast and calm to coexist.
Here, minimalism is not about absence, but about presence: of light, of material, of thoughtful moments that make a home.
