Located in the leafy suburb of Psychiko, this apartment renovation is conceived as a serene retreat from the intensity of urban life. The design seeks to restore a sense of calm and continuity, creating a home where quiet moments unfold seamlessly across spaces.
A palette of warm neutral tones sets the foundation for the interior, complemented by natural oak flooring and bespoke joinery that imbue the space with softness and tactility. The architecture is pared-back and intentional, allowing material richness and light to take center stage.
Emphasis was placed on enhancing the flow between communal areas. The kitchen and dining room, once separated, are now subtly connected by a sliding timber door—a key design element that disappears into the wall, enabling spatial fluidity while retaining the option for intimacy.
Every element of the renovation was designed to foster a gentle rhythm of living—where function meets atmosphere, and simplicity becomes sanctuary.
